"Hearing you talk about your intentions was really interesting - really brave to share this work and do keep developing it!"

"Absolutely loved how you transported us with pathos and humour. Very insightful and powerful writing."

Wet; theatre performance still. Kate is seated, gesturing with open arms

"I especially liked the parts coming from other people's perspectives. The part about turning 30 was really well done - and would love to see more parts like this."

"I thought the first character/scene was really funny. I liked the one way conversation. It would be interesting to hear the sections longer to link the scenes."

Wet; theatre performance still. Kate is stood at a red sink, looking out

"It's a leveller, all released from limitations of mind and body/weight by buoyancy, uplifting experience."

Wet; theatre performance still. Kate drops her coat from her shoulders, looking back at audience shocked even though she is still fully dressed underneath
Wet; theatre performance still. Kate dances around the stage in red bikini, socks, opera gloves, swim hat and goggles worn over black outfit

" Someone told me I really suited the colour red, so now I use it as my power colour, my happy colour, it is a happy colour; bold, feminine, strong.
I paint it on if I’m feeling low or not feeling myself.

Red goes with everything and brings colour where there’s darkness. Sometimes when I look in the mirror, I see myself as a black inky shadow, with no distinguished lines or features. Coco Chanel said 'if you are sad, if you are heartbroken, make yourself up, dress up, add more lipstick and attack. Men hate women who weep'.
So it’s nice to have a cheeky pop of colour. Sexy. Alluring. Distracting. Fun!"
